Covid has also cause shipment delays with the influx of online orders.

 

What are my shipping options?

All parcels are sent via Australia Post.  You can choose between standard or express post. Shipping costs include packaging and protective bubble wrap.  I recycle bubble wrap given to me by other businesses and recommend you handing in yours to places like Op shops and charity shops for them to use when selling glass items.  Its a great way to help with the environmental impact of plastic.

Pick up is available for Locals who can collect from a temporary address at  Hemmant.  This must be done via email appointment.

 

Will my parcel have tracking?

Yes, all Empayah parcels come with tracking regardless of size and cost.  You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been scanned at Australia Post. Tracking is sent via PayPal orders, Afterpay orders will need to request a tracking number if required.

Empayah cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or incorrectly addressed parcels. Please check your address and email immediately if you have submitted an incorrect one.  You can track your parcel by logging on to the Australia Post website.

 

How long will it take for my parcel to be sent?

Our processing and packaging time is 2-5 business days.  I will always endeavour to get your parcels shipped asap but if you require something urgently, please email me at empayah@hotmail.com as quickly as possible. 

Postage is not available on weekends or Public Holidays.  Some items may be posted on a Saturday morning, in non peak trading times, but will not be collected by Australia Post until Sunday evening, to go to their sorting facility.  Once your parcel has been shipped, Empayah has no control over the length of time it takes Australia Post to deliver. This depends on where you live, the delivery schedule for your area and can take 2-14 days.  As Empayah is located in Brisbane, orders shipped to South Australia and Western Australia can take up to 14 days.  So please bear this in mind when ordering.

 

Is pick up available?

Yes. Pick up is available from a temporary address at Hemmant. Please email with the day and time you wish to collect your order and I will confirm if it is possible. 

 

Please do not check local pick up if you are not in the same area or State.  If you do, an email will be sent with an invoice for Postage and held until it is paid.

 

Do you post Internationally?

Yes we do.  Please contact us with the items you wish to purchase and the area/suburb/state and zip code/post code so we can give you a precise shipping cost.  International parcels are shipped via Australia Post and may or may not come with tracking, this is your option.

You can also opt to pay for Insurance which covers your parcel if by chance it gets lost in the mail.  A quote will be given at the time of postage quote.

Empayah cannot be held responsible for customs and taxes in your country or if your parcel is held in customs.

 

POSTAGE TIPS

If your mail box where your parcel is to be delivered, does NOT have a wide enough opening for parcels, consider getting a Parcel locker from Australia Post.  Another great option is to have it delivered to your place of work.  That way, you get a nice surprise during the day.
