Returns and Exchanges

 

Faulty Products

Empayah jewellery has a 30 day warranty covering manufacturing faults, this does not cover faults due to mistreatment or general wear and tear, where the product will either be replaced or repaired.   Empayah jewellery is silver and gold plated and may wear from general wear and tear from perfumes, body lotions and sweat, and is not a manufacturing fault.

If you wish to return an item for what you believe to be a manufacturing fault,  you must email a photo of the fault with a description and meet the following return policy conditions ;

  • item/s must be returned within 7 days of receipt after emailing immediately;
  • item/s are to be packed in original packaging with all labels attached;
  • item/s must not be worn or in used condition;
  • the original receipt must be included with the return, if one was posted

 

Change of mind

If you change your mind, please email empayah@hotmail.com.au upon receiving your item, with what you would like in exchange within 7 days.  You are responsible for freight/postage/courier costs to and from the warehouse, and ensure items are returned in perfect saleable condition. Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind, bought the wrong colour or the wrong size , a store credit will be issued.

Products returned by post to Empayah, for exchange, is at the buyers expense, via post/courier and remain the responsibility of the buyer (you) until received, by Empayah.  We recommend you use a postage option with a tracking number or reputable courier company.

For local people, you may return items directly to the warehouse at the address below by booking an appointment.   Empayah will not be held accountable for item/s, being returned for exchange or refund, that are lost in the mail.

Refunds for change of mind incur a restocking fee of 10% of the order amount.

 

Incorrect Product

If you have been sent an incorrect product, please contact us via email for details immediately, where your item will be exchanged upon receiving the incorrect product back to the warehouse.

Refunds or replacements are not available on products after 30 days, for any faults or damage due to wear and tear and is at the discretion from Empayah.  Please check the Use and Wear tab for how to care for your jewellery.  Additional tips available on the BLOG.

Returns are unavailable on public holidays and weekends, available only during office hours Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm.
